Seteais Palace changes hands and says goodbye to the Tivoli brand

January 1, 2024, will mark the beginning of a new era at the Seteais Palace. Almost 70 years later, the Tivoli brand completely disappears from the building to make way for the Valverde Group – owner of the Valverde Hotel, in Lisbon, and the Valverde Santar Hotel & Spa, in Santar.

The building had been, since 1955, concessioned to the Tivoli network for operation after, in 1952, the Ministry of Public Works approved the adaptation of the public monument into a hotel unit.
